At the moment we are delivering to Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Austria,Germany , Poland, Hungary,Slovenia, Romania, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark,Estonia,Latvia, Lithuania, Switzerland, Croatia, Serbia, Lichtenstein,Ireland, Bulgaria,Great Britain,Italy, France, Spain,Greece, Portugal, Finland,Sweden, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey, Norway.


Please bear in mind that we are not shipping & delivering on Saturdays and Sundays.Your weekend orders will be shipped within two business days.

When receiving goods from the carrier, please check carefully the delivered goods. Please do not accept the shipments that appear damaged !

Czech Post guarantees personal delivery to the indicated address in your order the next business day after the shipment. You will be informed on the delivery by SMS and e-mail on the day of delivery.

 If the postman does not find you, he will leave a notification of the shipment in your mailbox and the parcel will remain stored in your delivery office (contact information can be also found in the notification). Your shipment will wait for the pick up for next 7 calendar days before being sent back to us. However, you may request a repeated delivery on a specific date or extension of the deposit period.

Choose any of the 2,600 post offices throughout the country. The shipment will be ready for pickup the next business day after the dispatch. The service is convenient if you are not reachable at one point or if you cannnot take over the shipment during business hours. Czech post will inform you via SMS and e-mail about delivery of your shipment.

 Simply choose In the shopping cart which post office you want your shipment delivered to. Your shipment will wait for the pick up for next 7 calendar days before being sent back to us. However, you may request a repeated delivery on a specific date or extension of the deposit period.

Convenient parcel delivery – easy, quick and reliable!

Delivery in Czech Republic the next business day after the dispatch!


GLS delivers packages Monday through Friday during normal business hours.If the driver does not find you on the delivery point, he will leave the notification of the shipment in your mailbox and will deliver the shipment the next business day. GLS will call by phone first, or send SMS, or both to inform you on the estimated time of delivery.

Convenient parcel delivery – easy, quick and reliable!

Ideally GLS succeeds in delivering a parcel to the recipient’s address on the first delivery attempt. The addressee, a member of the household or a company employee, confirms the receipt with their signature. The standard delivery times are from 24 hours to 120 hours depending on the country of destination, please check the delivery guide. We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control and also out of GLS control.

Free postage

We do offer free postage as part of a promotion from time-to-time but it is not an automatic 'right'. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of the goods going up). The old cliché that 'the customer pays in the end' is true in this case we are afraid.

We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.

 

The most common causes of non-delivery

 

Carrier did not find you or did not put the notification of shipment into your mailbox

You can track your shipment on -line. The tracking number will be sent to the e-mail that you specified in your order.

The shipment got lost

It happens very rarely. If this happens, you can order new goods and we shall setlle the claim with the carrier. This does not affect you in any way.
